Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized education counselling to students, helping them identify suitable courses, universities, and study destinations.
- Offer specialized guidance for students facing challenges, such as course changes, academic progression issues, or financial constraints, among others.
- Develop relationships with universities, colleges, and other education providers globally.
- Proactively identify opportunities for new partnerships and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with universities and other educational institutions.
- Represent the company at education fairs, webinars, and meetings with education providers.
- Stay up-to-date on international education trends, visa policy updates, and market opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in education counselling, student recruitment, or building institutional partnerships.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of international education systems, visa pathways, and particularly UK visa regulations.
- Analytical skills to assess student profiles and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); multilingualism is highly preferred.
- Experience in negotiating and managing institutional tie-ups is a plus
