The clock is ticking for Bangladeshi students aiming to begin their higher education journey in the UK this September. With limited time left, last-minute applicants and even offer holders must act quickly to secure their place, complete visa formalities, and finalize travel plans. This blog outlines the essential steps, deadlines, and tips every Bangladeshi student must follow to ensure they don’t miss out on the September 2025 intake.
Important Dates & Deadlines
If you’re still hoping to fly this September, mark these dates:
CAS Deadlines: Many UK universities will stop issuing Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) by 15 July 2025.
Visa Appointment Booking: Ideal by 31 July, to allow processing time.
Biometrics & Visa Fee Payment: No later than 20 August 2025.
Recommended Travel: Try to arrive in the UK by 5 September 2025 to join orientation week and avoid late registration.

Why You Must Act Now
UK universities are currently finalizing CAS for students who have already received and accepted their offers. Course availability is shrinking, especially in high-demand fields like Business, Engineering, and Computer Science. Additionally, visa application centers are getting fully booked, flights from Dhaka to London are becoming costlier each day, and accommodation options are running out fast. Delaying now could mean deferring your dreams to the next intake—or worse, missing your chance altogether.
“You are not late until you give up. The September intake is still open—act smart, move fast, and let your UK education dream begin now.”

Final Checklist Before It's Too Late
If you’re still in the process, here’s what you must do immediately:
Confirm Your Offer: Accept your conditional/unconditional offer and pay the tuition deposit ASAP.
Collect Financial Documents: Ensure you have the required 28-day bank statement showing maintenance funds (£1,334/month for London or £1,023/month for outside London).
Get Your TB Test Done: This is mandatory for Bangladeshi applicants and must be valid.
Request CAS: Submit all necessary documents to your university including passport, academic transcripts, English test results, and financial evidence.
Book Your Visa Slot: Appointments at VFS Global (Dhaka) are in high demand. Book Priority or Super Priority service if time is short.
Pay the Visa Fees: Pay the Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) and visa fee online before attending your biometrics appointment.
Prepare for Travel: Book your student flight, prepare soft and hard copies of documents, and arrange airport pickup if possible.
